Shipping & Delivery

Baby Bottles & Bottoms commits to shipping your order within 48 hours of receiving it. If you are located in Edmonton, Sherwood Park or St. Albert we will personally deliver your items by the next business day at no cost to you. Please see Shipping & Payments for a map of the free delivery area. All other orders will ship via Canada Post. You can choose the priority of shipping at the end of your order. The cost of shipping will then be calculated by a combination of distance, size and weight and will be added to the total of your order.

In the event that you do not love your purchase, all orders will include a return label and the return delivery will be at the cost of Baby Bottles & Bottoms.

Privacy & Security

Baby Bottles & Bottoms values you as a customer and respects your privacy. We collect information from you in order to customize and enhance your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, promotions and contests. We will not share your information with any other company and pledge to only use your information for the reasons stated above.

Returns & Replacements

Baby Bottles & Bottoms guarantees satisfaction. We guarantee a full refund for products returned in 30 days in their original condition. We will offer an exchange for the full purchase price of the products returned within 90 days of the purchase in their original condition. All purchases will ship with a return label for easy return shipping. All returns must be posted within 30 days for refund and 90 days for exchange. Please e-mail our customer service representative at info@babybottlesandbottoms.com with the return shipping information. We will refund the money to the account used for the purchase within two business days of receiving the returned product and upon determining that the product is in its original condition. Original condition is defined as the product being in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and unworn, free of odour and pet hair.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, please e-mail our customer service representative at info@babybottlesandbottoms.com with the details of the defect before returning the product.

Shipping costs are not refundable and will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless an error has occurred on our part. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or credit.

Ordering with Baby Bottles & Bottoms is easy! To place an order online follow the steps below:

2. Click on the product image that you would like to view.
3. Select the size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart".
4. Once you are done shopping, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the right of the page and follow the instructions to checkout. If you are new to our site and have not yet registered, you will be prompted to do so during checkout.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments are made via Paypal. There are two choices for payment using Paypal. Paypal Direct allows payments to be made by credit card directly on the Baby Bottles & Bottoms website without having to set up a Paypal account. Paypal Express allows payment via the Paypal website where an existing Paypal account can be used or a new one can be created. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable fees, charges or taxes including but not limited to, sales taxes. You will be advised of all applicable charges before we ship your order.
